There are bikes to hire at Burdens Gate for a flat coastal ride to twin lighthouses and stunning views down to South Island. Enjoy a relaxed stay in Point Howard, at the start of Eastbourne. Looking for something different? Our beautiful Ian Athfield designed home, has a self-contained annexe with its own entrance. Admire the stunning harbour views that take in the harbour entrance, the Eastern Hills and Wellington City's coastal suburbs. On a fine day the Kaikoura range peaks can be seen. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:)

Our self-contained, studio apartment is on a quiet street facing the Waiwhetu stream. The space has queen size bed with high quality linen & a heat pump to keep you comfortable all year around. Things to do Walking/running & cycling. (Te Whiti Riser) coffee shops, Mall. (see overview for more) There is a functional kitchen, with oven & all cooking equipment. Own driveway, very safe. The area a is ideal for those needing to work or check in with work. 10 min walk to Woburn train station.

The Fifth Room

Easy walk to Jackson St shops, cafés and restaurants. Petone Beach and Railway Station within a 10min walk. Percy's reserve and walking tracks close by. Wellington city a 10 min drive (off peak). The InterIslander Ferry is a less than ten minute drive off peak. Perfect to catch an early morning Ferry, or late afternoon disembark. Supermarkets, specialty stores, cinema and pharmacies. Petone pretty much has it all including a Kmart which is quite literally at the end of the street.

Lyall Bay Studio

This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.

Petone Foreshore Accommodation

A new home recently built on the Petone foreshore. A short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, Lighthouse cinema, art galleries and of course the beach. Buses close by and the train station to Wellington about 10 minutes walk. The purpose built accommodation is on the ground level with the owners living above. Guests will have their own separate entrance. The unit consists of one queen sized bedroom, kitchenette, lounge/dining room and bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
