The Adria Bayside Cottage

Nestled in a neighborhood yet close to the Cape May-Lewes Ferry (summer concerts; restaurant) and the Bay beach (walking distance), this stylish, modern farmhouse/coastal rental boasts hardwood floors, new paint, all new amenities, fixtures and furnishings. Linens are provided (except beach towels) with sleeping capacity up to 5 persons. Four Cape May beach tags are also provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided housed in an on-property shed where your bikes can also be secured.

About a 1/2 mile from the Delaware Bay you will find our cozy bayside beach house in quiet N. Cape May. We welcome 5 guests max. and are dog friendly ($50 pet fee per dog-2 max.) The kitchen is fully equipped for you to stay in and cook from home. Relax out back in our large, fully fenced yard. Grill, watch tv and hang out by the fire pit. New Complete-Living 2-Bedroom Cottage

April 15th-30th 175/day ($60 cleaning fee). Minimum age renter 21 / ID Verified; NO PETS. Renter must stay for rental duration. Groups age 21 or above. Capacity 5 adults; adult/child/infant exceptions if equivalent to 5 adults; extra person charge $40/person/day; max 7 adults (snug).
