Great apartment centrally located for all that Great Yarmouth seafront has to offer. We loved being able to park outside and leave the car for our entire stay as everything was walkable. Clean, spacious and well presented. Ideal for short stays with all the basics included. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve visited Southwold many times normally in our motorhome. On this occasion we were with friends so decided to use an air B&B. We definitely made the right choice selecting “Port Side”.. with it having 2 double bedrooms both with en-suites. The accomodation was just as described….. spacious,comfortable and tasteful decor within a period property and with the added benefit of free parking. Would definitely use again…

I needed someone to relax in peace and quiet to write. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. With a lovely view of my own private little garden with mature trees and in the quietest little hamlet just south of Aylsham, 30 mins drive from Norwich. The first day I went for a little evening walk by the river, or rather a kind of small river delta with little meter wide channels wending across a grassy plain, and saw a swan gliding along the water at sunset. The usual supermarkets and other shops in Aylsham and a mini M&S minutes away at a Shell garage on the A140. The Burgh valley railway is close by but as it’s a little miniature steam train this can only add to the ambience with a gentle toot-tooting every now and then. Kate and her partner Simon were the perfect hosts. 10/10.

Super worth the price, good space, near everything, the hosts were super nice to us! The space was clean as was super comfortable!

Communication was quick and clear. The nice apartment was close to [10 min walk] the pedestrian area and the Norwich market. It was great to have somewhere so close to the centre of town where we could stay with our dog.

This was our second stay at The Garret and we loved it just as much as the first. It’s such a special place, peaceful, full of charm, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The studio is spotlessly clean, really well-equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Alison and Alan are fantastic hosts, so warm and welcoming and the homemade cream tea and ginger biscuits on arrival were absolutely delicious. A perfect base for exploring Framlingham, the coast, and beyond. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

Great location by the sea front so easy to access everything. Apartment was modern and clean, and Jamie was very responsive and helpful.

Hi paul. Apologies for such a late review. Unfortunately i had to cut my stay short due to work commitments , but felt very relaxed and comfortable while i was their.. Thank you for the wine it was very much appreciated with my tea but sorry i didnt eat the brownies im not a sweet eating person but the thought was grateful so thank you!!!! A beautiful property in tranquil surroundings. Little Foxes is a very special place. It is immaculate, comfortable and very well equipped. Peter was a great host, good with communication and gave excellent instructions for self check-in. It was lovely to find items for breakfast, tea, coffee & biscuits waiting for us. The location was perfect for the open air Thorington Theatre and for the Suffolk coast. We had a fabulous stay and would fully recommend.

I enjoyed my working week at Iris and Trevors . conpact place functional, quiet and good hot shower and great mattress that affords a comfortable sleep. bus stop very close but walkable into town 10mins

A lovely stay in excellent studio apartment with private bathroom and washing machine facilities. Great area for walking around Norwich with a beautiful outlook over the River. many eating places and shops nearby. very handy for train station. Apartment very clean tidy with all you need easy acces to building and apartment. Host a cessible via email messaging etc and responsive. I definitely would return. Rachel

Great hosts lovely place slept brilliant verycomfy bed all you need there jacuzzi was awesome.

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.
