The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Loved our stay here, the place is accessible to nearest malls, terminal and other establishments. The place is clean and the host even prepared a welcome note for us (very thoughtful). No problem during our short stay at the place.♥️

Highly recommend Manuel's place. Easy to find and very spacious. Our relatives slept well. The owner is right behind the unit so when internet and gas ran out, they are just a message away to address the concerns. Will surely stay again =)

Sonia is a thoughtful host. You would find almost everything you need in her place from the appliances to the toiletries. It’s super clean and smells really nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse condo in Cubao, Quezon City! The place is beautiful, spacious, and very clean, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is perfect, conveniently close to shopping centers and restaurants. Our host was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here; we'll definitely be back!

Sir Manny was such a responsive host from before checkin even until after checkout. The place was very cozy and felt spotless, it looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing I didn’t like about the place was that the elevator was very slow. Other than that, I really enjoyed our stay and would love to book again sometime! The area was great and close to different establishments which was convenient despite the rain during our stay.

Communication with our host was remarkable. Not only very clear with instructions, but they were highly responsive and flexible. Their place had many to offer, with air-conditioning in every part of the house, and all things to get started. There was an amazing courtyard on the ground level that had such a lively community with so many different activities happening. Close to everything. Wish guests had more access to gym and pool without additional fees. Grocery store just down the block. There was a persistent mold or mildew smell. I don’t know if it is unique to the unit or a building issue. Owners are extremely responsive and proactive. Building and grounds secure and safe.
