Sara's villa is a great place to have a good time with family or girlfriend. The property and incredibly large, as well as the pool. There is a lot of space inside the villa, so there are plenty of retreat options. The villa exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be happy to come back. This is not least because of Sara, who is a great hostess.

Very nice house, cosy, well equiped. Green area with massive plants growing on hills- ensuring privacy, close to nice beach. Very good contact with the Owner.

A typical, nice little cottage in a beautiful holiday settlement. We (family with 2 children) were there in mid-October. There's not much going on, it was wonderfully quiet. You can sit nicely on the veranda. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is super equipped, the bathroom is renovated. The garden is really beautiful and well maintained. The beach with very nice beach bar can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Very valuable for a sunset drink. Only the beds were not good for us. The mattresses are very hard, feathers in the loft bed squeak. Modernization would be good here. Maria responded kindly and always quickly, a very attentive hostess. Thank you!

The vacation home is excellently equipped, especially the kitchen with many appliances, including an ice machine. In addition, basic foods and spices were available - very practical if you want to cook yourself. There is also no shortage of beach and garden utensils: children's paddling pools, sun loungers, beach chairs - everything is available. It is clear that the house was lovingly furnished by Jesper for his own family and is not intended as a pure rental property. The garden is great: with warm water in the outdoor shower and enough shade, ideal for small children. The proximity to the beach allows you to remain flexible, as you can also spend relaxed afternoons in the garden. Jesper was absolutely exemplary: he traveled specially to greet us personally, had prepared a fresh fruit plate and had cold drinks. In addition, check-in and check-out were very flexible. We were allowed to stay longer on the day of departure, which was very accommodating.

We spent 6 pleasant days in Chiara's villa. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The house is very large and in perfect condition. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The dining room is spacious and bright. Although it is winter, thanks to the air conditioners in the bedrooms and dining room, the temperature inside the house was always pleasant. The garden is simply magnificent. A huge thank you to Giovanni for being a great host, for his responsiveness and a delicate attention! We had a truly amazing stay at the house! It was perfect in all ways possible. The house is beautifully decorated with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You will fall in love with the sunset views from the patio and fully enjoy the star gazing on a clear night so look no further:) The house is ideally located in a close proximity to numerous beaches, several large grocery stores, great restaurants and a vibrant city center, while being tucked away in a quiet residential zone. We traveled with two kids and the size is ideal for a family of four. The kids were ecstatic about the bunk bed. We are already planning our next visit to the beautiful island of Sardinia and with no doubt will be looking forward to another stay at Giovanni's house!

A beautiful holiday home, 10/10, no notes. We stayed there pre-season mid may. Calm neighborhood. Beautiful view of the sea. Great sunsets. Quick access to the waterfront. Lovely multi-level interior. Well equipped kitchen. Professional host, friendly, quick, flexible. We highly recommend this home.

We had the joy of living in the beautiful house, very well equipped, we did not lack anything. A quiet and safe area within walking distance of a small beach and snack bar for lunch. The small village of Porto Pozzo is less than 5km away where there are restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of this house is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our messages. We recommend this property without hesitation.

The accommodation is amazing, the views seem like they're from a movie, the sleeping spaces and living areas are very comfortable; the pool area is incredible; I highly recommend this villa for couples and friends!

Very nice villa with a nice sea-view - especially from the “aperol spritz corner” on top of the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and surrounded by some houses and beautiful nature. Because of the big Rock in the backyard the pool area of the villa is very secluded from the outside and other neighbours. The inside of the villa has a very homey and cozy feel to it. Everything was like described and shown in the pictures. The communication with the host (in our case Mariacarla) was very quick and friendly. We had a lovely time and can recommend this villa.

A magic little oasis. Truly paradise. Quiet and private. Our family of four was plenty happy here. We had more than enough room, enjoyed pool swims, movie nights, and cooking in the kitchen. You definitely need a car of at least a bike to get to the near beaches and restaurants, but that wasn’t an issue. It gave the home a tucked away feel. There is a small supermarket a 10 minute walk away and another one 10 minutes in the car. We enjoyed watching the swallows and dragonflys soar across the yard in the evenings. We would definitely recommend the villa for your stay in Stintino, and would stay here again. As a plus, the lockbox was super simple for a smooth check in and Marianna was always on call for any questions I had. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for our peaceful and much needed vacation!

The villa was stunning, high-quality furnishings and equipped with every modern comfort. The large garden is meticulously maintained and was the perfect place to relax. The pool is cleaned every day. Anna and her family are fantastic hosts, very friendly and helpful. The location is great, very quiet area, but strategic to reach all the beaches in no time, avoiding the city traffic. Alghero is easily reached in just over 10 minutes. We had a great time and were really sorry to leave. We are very keen to come back!

We had an AMAZING time! The views and sunsets were stunning! Sagi who welcomed us was extremely professional and so welcoming! We can't wait to be back!!

nice place, quiet, perfect for kids.

There was plenty of space for us, two adults and a teenager. And there was plenty of outside space so everyone could get a little time to themselves if needed. The view towards the sea is amazing and a great place to watch the sunset. The property was spotlessly clean, and the pool was also cleaned every day. It was lovely to have a private pool. We went late May and it was warm enough to enjoy it. Parking was easy and the hosts were helpful when we needed advice. There are restaurants and a small supermarket nearby, but not in walking distance, a 5 - 10 minute drive. Same for the beaches, Li Cossi is a 10 minute drive and then a 10 minute walk from its car park, and very beautiful. Definitely recommended.

It was fabulous- the view, the setting, the pool and wonderfully equipped kitchen. We had a brilliant time and thoroughly recommend. Even better if - air con in the pool bedroom and faster more reliable WiFi but It was perfect for our family celebration. Thank you very much.

Mark's house is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The pool is large and pleasant. Mark was very responsive to each of my questions. Since the house was not occupied afterwards and our flight was in the evening, we were able to leave in the afternoon and enjoy the pool until the last moment. I would definitely recommend Mark's house.

pierluigi's villa was great. there is a really big pool and nice surroundings. in the villa you find everything for cooking etc and there are also a lots of water and other toys, which you can use and play. in the yard you can find a couple of lounge areas and a barbecue. michele (a co-host) was very helpful and answer quickly, if we needed something. i definetely recommend this villa for everyone.

Luca is incredibly nice, helpful, and always easily accessible. The place was very nice, with great terrace and super pool. The area is very calm and relaxed in September, but the complex is also a little away from beautiful places, beaches and restaurants. Overall, however, a great apartment and especially Luca was a brilliant host. Thanks a lot!
