Everything was more than clean and tidy, completely pristine. It's the best apartment I've ever stayed. Avelino has always been attentive to everything, he responds almost instantly. It is an apartment equipped with everything you need, not a single detail is missing. It's totally worth staying in the apartment. It is impossible to be more satisfied with the choice of this apartment. A 10 in all aspects.

The impeccable accommodation and the host, very friendly, you can't ask for more, all the facilities for a place with an unbeatable location. the elevator would have been the icing but that is not in the hands of the host, otherwise the location is worth it and as I say the attention compensates. highly recommended.

The location is unbeatable, a couple of minutes walking from the promenade. The apartment was super impeccable and is very cozy for a couple who is going to spend a few days in Gijón. Communication with Sergio was very fluid, as it took very little to answer when we wrote to him. The only bad thing is the people who start screaming in the early morning street, since you can hear a lot on the floor, but otherwise, I would repeat this place.

Jose Manuel was a perfect affitrion. The apartment is new and very enjoyable. The area is quiet and is ideal for visiting Asturias. I would 100% recommend.

Gemma was attentive at all times, both in the days before our arrival, recommending restaurants and parking lots and making sure that our baby was comfortable, and during the weekend asking us if everything was okay. The accommodation is in a perfect place with everything nearby, restaurants, beach, port...

Fabulous place to stay.. the house had everything we needed and it was just brilliant. Really clever design and just beautiful! Alejandro was super friendly and proactive and we had a great time. Thank you for thinking of everything! We hope to return some day.

This accommodation is a real gem! The apartment is spacious, bright, and extremely tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is given to make you feel at home. The panorama from the terrace is breathtaking – the view of the ocean is simply magical. We were greeted by a pleasant smell throughout the house, and everything was sparkling clean. Every little detail reveals that the comfort of the guests is really important. It was a wonderful experience, it was a pleasure to stay here!

200% recommended Cristina and Xitin are charming, always ready and attentive to recommend places for you to have a good stay. The welcome was special, with breakfast and fruit. The house is made with a lot of love, it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Very comfortable, practical and clean. The whole place conveys peace and quiet. We found total rest in these 10 days of vacation and we enjoyed every corner of the house. The views of the mountain are truly unique and the location is very good, close to beautiful beaches and endless trails bordering the coast on both sides. We'll definitely be back! We have to go back. We really liked the area and the views, in addition to how well communicated the house is. It is located a few minutes from Avilés, Salinas, Piedras Blancas, the airport, beaches and other points of interest. It has parking right there. Finally, we loved the attention received and the kindness of the hosts.

We spent a night in Lys's apartment, which is incredibly well located, close to all the bars but in a quiet and noise-free place. The views are beautiful and the apartment is bright with all the amenities. A nice touch to leave coffee, tea, milk, to make breakfast the next morning. Check-in was flexible and Lys was very kind, accommodating a last-minute change, and quick to reply to messages. He also gave us some recommendations for the place, what to visit, and where to eat. Thank you very much! We were very comfortable.

Very warm welcome from Mercedes' brother, we enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful region. The accommodation is beautifully restored and nothing is missing. Mercedes is very attentive to the residents: delicious pastries on arrival, all the good restaurant addresses. Do not hesitate to stop in this pretty village.

The stay at Belén's house was amazing. We felt right at home, Belén has always been attentive to us and resolving all the doubts that have arisen from us. For the arrival to the house, it has been very nice of Belén to leave us some sweets and gluten-free cookies. He has also recommended lots of places to eat and enjoy in the area, which have been incredible. As for the house, it is as seen in the photos, a beautiful house, very clean, with everything you need for the days we have been staying and only 5 minutes from Cudillero, recognized as the most beautiful town. It's been an incredible few days, we'll be back for sure! 😊

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thank You! We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Cozy apartment, super new and in a very quiet area of Luanco. Pedro leaves you breakfast for the stay, a touch. The terrace, small but super well located to make her all the meals and cenas si apetece. The spectacular development. Too bad we weren't able to premiere the pool. It's September, and we didn't expect to use it either. Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable.

The check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions from the host. Also, it was very flexible with check-in and check out of the place. The stay in the apartment was great. It is ideal for the area, since it has its own garage and in high season it is essential in Luanco. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house was very clean. Host Patricia was very friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat and visit. A very positive detail for us that we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we do not usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the treatment and the place. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is perfect, well equipped and very well located. The apartment enjoys exceptional views of the beach and is in the heart of the pretty fishing village of Luanco. Everything is therefore available and easy to reach on foot, which is perfect with children. The owner is very available and responsive in contact and on arrival we were super well hosted with a short walk in the neighborhood to discover places of necessity. Highly recommend this place for holidays with family and family, there is really something for everyone.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need.
