Holiday rentals with a patio in Luang Nuea

Everything perfect and without any complications, I hope to come back later, a beautiful and charming place, super quiet! Apart very economical when asking for transport to tourist areas and markets, recommended, I loved it!

The apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very close and walkable to old city! There were many restaurants and cafe at walking distance and lots to do!! Would recommend for a longer term stay as well!

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

I could not have asked for a better place to spend a month in Chiang Mai! It’s a perfect location and the hosts are incredibly kind and responsive. I would stay again next time!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Tim's Tim’s Airbnb is an absolute gem for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Tim greeted me in person at check-in, which immediately set a warm and welcoming tone. I was a bit worried about a noise around the building but there was none from his unit. I enjoyed uninterrupted mornings on the balcony and restful day. The apartment had everything: a fully stocked kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and even a vacuum cleaner. Little details like toothbrush and toothpaste added extra convenience. I’d recommend Tim’s place without hesitation to family, solo travelers, couples, or remote workers.

Very nice property with all the amenities you could ask for. 7-11, KFC and more directly across the street. More restaurants,nightlife and more close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

This must be one of the best units in The One condo. It's on the 7th floor with a pool view. You face the mountain and the view is spectacular. The common areas are great. There's a proper gym, large swimming pools, pilates room, pool and ping pong tables and even a music room with drums and a piano. The room was clean and it has everything you need.

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! Thank you so much for the lovely place, would definitely recommend this place to my friends! Very thoughtful, high quality toothbrush/toothpaste given by host. Fast response by Hong too :)

This is a truly special place. We had the best time here, the cabin is the cutest space with lots of gorgeous touches and little details. It smelled wonderful. Waking up to the view of the mountain and having several morning coffees is one of our most memorable memories from our 2-month trip to Thailand. It was so peaceful. Chiang Dao is a very cool little place, explore and find little hidden gems everywhere. All the people we met were super friendly. You can walk to the hot springs and an amazing cafe which is a nice easy walk. Highly recommend a few nights here.

I came with a few friends to Natthamon’s property and had an amazing time. Both hosts were very helpful and responsive with offering immediate support when needed. Their property is beautiful and we all felt very much at home. Only one thing is that the property is located 30 mins drive from Chiang Mai centre, meaning that it was a little bit long getting in to and from town every day. So if you are looking for a peaceful escape then this is definitely the property for you 😁😁

the house is strategically well placed to discover the wonders that are nearby but not only ..... all the essential shops are within walking distance. the house is made for those who want to stay there too , relaxing in are birds . i felt so good there that I stayed for a few more days, despite the heavy heat, the accommodation allows you to relax in the cool , many shade areas are arranged outside. i want to say a " big thank you " to Bill and his sweet mom . who were exceptional and intentional hosts.

Great place for working

We really enjoyed our stay with Walt. The house was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Each room had its own AC unit that was capable of blowing very cold (which was essential for our summer visit) and allowed each of us to adjust the temperature to our liking. The house was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed. Walt made check-in and check-out super easy. The location with within a 10 minute taxi of everywhere we went in Chiang Mai's old town and had a 7-11 a 5 minute walk away. Good find, especially for the price.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

The property looked exactly like the photos. Jessie was very friendly and polite and gave us some restaurants recommendations. Highly recommended!

The highlight was the soft bed and the quality of linen used. We fell in love with it and missed it in every other place we stayed in Thailand after that. 🤗

We had a great month long stay at Amornrat’s place! The condo was by far the best we have stayed in Thailand, with an amazing pool and gym. The room itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location is quiet and close to the mall and a cheap grab into the old town. Highly recommend this place!!
