We really enjoyed this home. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths. We enjoyed the extra amenities, like bottled water, some snacks, coffee and great TV options. It seemed well equipped for your kitchen needs, lots of towels, nice appliances and the rooms were decorated for homey. The beds were very comfortable. It was worth the price for our stay. We will definitely consider this home when we are back in Lubbock.

Michael is such a friendly and welcoming host. I liked the private entrance and the space is represented well by the pictures. It is near everything and in a serene neighborhood. I’ll be back on my next family trip to Lubbock.

We visited Lubbock for my nephew's graduation from Texas Tech and decided to stay at Devin's penthouse when we realized the amazing value - the huge amount of space, accommodations and amenities vs. staying in a hotel. The hotels were more expensive so this was a win! We were able to have family over for dinner one night and played pool and darts, hung out on the enormous wrap around deck and stared at the city lights, then watched movies on the big screen. Overall, it was a great home base and super accommodating. The penthouse was VERY clean and tidy, had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. I think it's important to note that the surrounding area is a bit run down and the common areas of the building, including it's inhabitants, initially gave us pause. It turned out to be very quiet, safe, easy going and the stay in the awesome penthouse made up for it by far! If you are looking to stay in Lubbock this is a must! Thanks, Devin!

I was out of town for work and this spot offered a private and quite place to stay I would recommend this spot to anybody and the host is a great person to talk to and easy to get along with and he is very understanding 10/10!

We stayed at Jeffery’s for our son’s graduation, the location is perfect for getting to Texas Tech, it’s so close. Easy to find and access, plenty of room, and comfortable beds. We had some last minutes changes due to an emergency health situation and Jeffery was so kind and flexible with us. This is a perfect place to stay in Lubbock, especially if you’re visiting your student!

Skylar’s place was great. The location is very close to Texas Tech, which was our destination while in Lubbock. There were lots of snacks and bottled water which we appreciated so much. The place was comfy, clean, and cozy. We also loved the neighborhood cats who greeted us each day.

So nice to be able to park in garage! The hot tub was a hit. We grilled steaks on the barbecue. Plenty of room inside. We will be back!

This Airbnb was fantastic! The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect, close to many activities, which made exploring super easy. The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

We stay in Lubbock a few times a year amd this is our favorite place to stay. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. Its comfortable and convenient for us when traveling through. Stephanie is a lovely host, making sure check in is quick and easy, too.

Even though our stay was quick, we enjoyed it very much. Monica has a lovely home, and we took care of it as it was our own. The place is so homey and beautiful. I highly recommend her place when staying in Lubbock. You will not be disappointed.

My aging father stayed with us. The use of the handicap ramp and bars in the bathroom for toilet, and the step in shower with bars, allowed him to stay independent and move with ease about his room. The park and walkable trail in about .47 mile from this place was lovely for a nighttime stroll. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Lubbock area. Only complaint needs one hair dryer;). If I would have mentioned it I’m sure the host would have sent over one.

The name “Serenity” aptly describes the property and our stay was very comfortable. If traveling to the area in the future this will be on the top of our list❣️ We loved it🩷

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clay's townhouse. We were visiting Lubbock for my daughter's graduation ceremony at Texas Tech. We wanted a place near the campus that was clean and had plenty of room for three people. We also wanted a place that had style and felt comfortable. The townhouse was everything we wanted and more. And Clay was very responsive! He proactively sent instructions for check-in and was quick to answer my questions. We will definitely stay her again when we return to Lubbock.
