We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Zwierzyniec, the plot is located in the forest buffer zone, it provides comfort of rest (and work). The Green Velo bicycle trail runs next to the house. In the immediate vicinity, you have the opportunity to get to know the beauty of Roztocze.
