You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The Greifswalder Bodden is a Bodden waters on the south coast of the western Baltic Sea. It is the largest Bodden in the pre-Pomeranian Baltic Sea coast. The Seebd Lubmin is centrally located. Usedom Island is 16 km away, while the island of Rügen is 54 km away . The Hanseatic city of Greifswald can be reached in 20 minutes by car

My accommodation is located in the beautiful Sellin on the island Rügen, not far from the beaches and the center. Restaurants and food, as well as supermarket, bakers and small shops are directly in front of the door. It is 15 minutes to the famous pier and 10 minutes to the beach.
