The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. If this is not enough for you, you can find the neighboring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults) for friends and family. + dog).

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Hanshagen is located in an extensive forest area and invites you to hikes, walks, bike rides, blueberry and mushroom picking.

Family holiday home on the Baltic Sea

From our house it is only a few a hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of the pine trees typical of Lubmin on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is located on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only 5 min. by walk. Just so close is the large playground on the promenade.

Our holiday house is located in the holiday settlement Birkenhain on the edge of the seaside resort Trassenheide in a quiet and protected location. In the middle of a birch forest, on about 500 square meters with a hedge surrounded separate , not visible plot, lies our idyllic Sweden wooden house.
