Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A stylish wooden cottage located on a hill with direct access to the lake, with a panoramic view of the water and a cozy interior. A great place to relax, but also to organize time with loved ones in a soothing aura of space. Horse lovers will find them nearby, in the "Stable under the Old Horseshoe", where they will arrange for rides or lessons.

You can walk to the guarded beach on Lake Górznieńskie through the charming village of Fiałki, about 20 minutes away.
