Situé au dernier étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier large et sa propre place de parking privé, cet appartement lumineux se trouve dans une résidence entretenue et sans vis à vis, il possède une chambre séparée, un canapé lit et un lit parapluie. Proche de tous commerces, du port et de la 4 voies reliant Caen. Chaque vendredi matin, un marché s’installe avec ses produit locaux a 10min à pied. J’habite à 7min en voiture si besoin. Ps : Linge de lits et de toilettes fournis.

Beachfront studio

25 m² studio located on the 1st floor of a residence without elevator. Beach opposite the residence (courtyard side window). Free street parking, secure common courtyard to put your bike. The bed (140 × 200 cm) is made on your arrival, provision of a bath towel and a hand towel per person (regardless of the length of your stay). Monday to Friday, access to the studio is possible from 6pm. Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm. Checkout is at 10:30 a.m. ⚠️ No Wi-Fi
