Cottage holiday rentals in Lucas County

We cannot rate the Lake House high enough. The views were spectacular & we had almost as good a time birding as the Magee Marsh Bird Path. We will definitely be back to Ohio for further trips. Everything was amazing.

Scott have been by far the best hosts we have encountered with air b&b .. they are very respectful, responds almost instantly and the most kind and down to earth people !! The place is absolutely stunning we had the most amazing time there ! We can’t wait to go back in August! Highly recommend one of their places to stay !

Nice place off of the beaten path with a good view. Quiet as well.

Perfection! A beautiful home and the best back yard. Went for a relaxing girls weekend and that’s exactly what we got. The house has everything and the beds are very comfy. It’s close enough to Toledo for restaurants and shopping but far enough out that you can relax and unwind. Scott and Jennifer were great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Rental was in excellent shape. It was very welcoming and was a great getaway for my mom and I. Our dog enjoyed the backyard maybe more than we did lol. definitely recommend as we will be back some other time

We came for the birding but totally enjoyed chillaxing at the end of the day on the beautiful deck and having our meals in the spacious sunroom. The absolute perfect location for The Biggest Week in American Birding.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and will be coming back as soon as I can. Place is great, owners are so nice and helpful and communicative. Love the entire camp and all the things to do, canoe, kayaking, boating, fishing, biking. It’s a nice hidden gem just a short drive from the city.

Cute little place by the water.

Margaret was fantastic. Warm, accommodating as far as our arrival. She had asked if we were celebrating an event and a huge fruit tray in the fridge welcomed us with a note “happy anniversary!” She was quick to respond when we had a tv question and gave ample recommendations and directions to nearby grocery and eateries. The property was perfectly located for us, and the interior was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We’ll definitely stay again if Margaret’s place is available.

Megan was proactive and texted clear instructions before arrival so I didn’t have to go looking. She also proactively reached out with several reminders about home instructions the place looks like its pictures, and there is a pleasant scent provided by diffusers. The Roku was on the TV waiting for us. The kitchen is well supplied. You have to look a little to find the place, but it has a lot of privacy. Megan is a very good host.

House was exactly what the listing showed and description was. The house sits on channel that goes to Lake Erie. Neighbors were great and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this one bedroom place for a getaway. it is on a private road.

The feeling in the place was peace and love. We felt welcome in the place. All the equipment worked perfectly and the whole place was very clean! Also loved that host had a jug that filtered water so that we don’t have to buy water The Lillies started to bloom when we were there and by the time we left there were so many blooms that it felt like people put bouquets of flowers outside the house! The location was fantastic. Just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Marvelous place!

After staying the night in Wallace’s cottage, my girlfriend and I will definitely be back. Was an amazing stay if your looking for a cute getaway spot. I do recommend kayaks it’s got a beautiful dock and waterfront!!

The place matches everything about the description and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. We stayed during the late fall so it was quiet and peaceful and the lake view is amazing.

Great place to stay if you have a group as needing a place I’d strongly recommend!
