The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It is our custom to provide the house with a welcome kit for the needs of the first few days, so that our guests can provide for their needs without urgency. The newly built house is located within a tourist complex 5 minutes from the historic center in the hills of Lucca. The house consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, induction burners. It includes three double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor with each its own bathroom, towels sheets and pillows are included. Also TV, wifi, air conditioning, washing machine and free parking on site.

La Capanna is an 18th-century stone structure renovated and furnished entirely by the owner, a skilled carpenter who produced all the furniture inside the house. The property represents the beauty of ancient Tuscan ruins, enriched with antique agricultural tools and fully restored furniture. La Capanna is a 15-minute walk from the historic center of Lucca, 500 meters from the highway exit, 5 minutes from the Polo Fiere.
