Piernicola is an excellent host, she is very friendly and attentive to guests, she knows the area very well and helps you a lot with accurate directions. The accommodation is in the best condition and is very clean and quite warm, has good air conditioning and noise inhibition, perfect for rest! Everything is close and the treatment is the best, you literally feel at home.

Termoli is a busy port town but the apartment is in the old city of Termoli. Mainly walking streets and great views from the city wall. I emnjoyed my stay in Termoli. Thank you Maurizio for being so helpful.

We really enjoyed staying at Nicolettas place. The view from the terrace was truly spectacular! A private place and very clean, Nicoletta helped us with whatever we needed. Beach is super close, the city is 30 walk away. The only thing is that you should be prepared that no soap, salt, oil etc. are available unlike most Airbnbs. Also the Wi-Fi was not really working, so if that’s important for you, you might have a hard time 😅

Very good places they have really nice people and everything

For the time after our stay in Naples, we were looking for something quiet, outside in the countryside. And we found it with Vittorio and his family: The house with a view, located outside the village (75 minutes by car from Naples airport), is in the middle of nature and a wonderful, well-kept and large garden with trees with all kinds of fruits (lemon, medlar, mulberry, pomegranate, plum, etc.). The house is very well maintained and well decorated. Even the breakfast (coffee and brioches/croissants) organized externally (via Bar) by Vittorio was already included in the B&B arrangement! Vittorio and his parents are extremely kind people who are very concerned about the well-being of their guests: they respond promptly to requests and wishes and, if necessary, someone is also quickly on hand. As guests, we therefore felt extremely comfortable. Thank you very much Vittorio and your parents for this "short stay in paradise".

Don't know where to begin. The house is so thoughtfully and originally decorated, with so many unusual touches, many of them made by Bruna herself. Beautiful tiling, charming oddities, gorgeously renovated details, and an absolutely lovely outdoor patio overlooking the distant sea. Bruna was the warmest and most welcoming host we've ever had, not only taking care of our local needs but even going so far as to send recommendations for the next place we visited on our trip through southern Italy! On arrival, the refrigerator was stocked with all kinds of meat and cheeses, fresh eggs, water, wine. This was the best Airbnb experience we've ever had, and we've had quite a few. Grazie, Bruna, e speriamo di vederti presto!

I have returned from a very pleasant stay! The apartment perfectly matched the photographs, was very clean, equipped with every comfort, and furnished as if you were really "hosted" by a relative. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the bathroom, shampoo, cotton buds, mouthwash, everything that is provided by a person who cares about a guest. Very comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything including all kinds of detergent. Gabriele is always present and available. The only flaw is the parking, not easy to find as in all the centers of our cities, however, there is a paid parking lot very close to the property. Warm regards to Gabriele and Foggia, see you soon! We came back a second time at this vacation rental and everything went great. The B&B is in a very central position and allows you to walk around the city. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Family-friendly, even if you have small children. The only small problem is the noise of the neighbors, but unfortunately this is due to the fact that the walls have poor sound insulation. A huge thank you to Anna Maria, with whom it is very easy to communicate and is always at your disposal. See you soon!

I had this booking for my parents, and they were extremely helpful with my parents with finding the location. My parents are not tech savy, and they were able to be found on the side of a street in Benevento, and were followed to the rental. Definitely would recommend again!

We were looking for a place to relax, and we found it! Cozy house, tastefully furnished, very well maintained and clean, surrounded by nature and despite this with every comfort such as TV, WiFi, and above all a fabulous fireplace in front of which we spent relaxing evenings. The owner Maria Cristina has shown a unique availability, and even the neighborhood that has been activated to get us some firewood (thank you Mr. Bruno). Absolutely recommended, hoping, however, that next time we will find a place again!

There's nothing better than this. I had a wonderful and beautiful night at Dominic's house. Everything was perfect. The house was easy to find and the owner arranged everything well.

The place is just wonderful. Really well designed so that you get all you need in a relatively small place that still feels quite spacious. Wonderful location within the town. There is a small daily ad hoc market - a few locals offering fresh veggies, fruits, and fish in the same street. Super easy on-street parking in front of the place. Nazario was very kind and helpful.

One of the best price for value places we have ever stayed in. Very kind welcoming at the first day and clear communication. Its perfectly cleaned every day! and has a very luxurious breakfast which is provided on your own porch every morning at your time of choice. Location is 2 minutes away from the beach and large supermarket, 10/15 minuten walk to centro historici. We would definitely recommend this place for a couple of nights and wish Vanessa and Matteo the best of luck!

Lovely place, the room was bigger than expected. The owner was very caring and helped us a lot. The breakfast is recommended. We asked for gluten free options the day before and the prepared a lovely basked for us.
