BnB has two twin rooms, a small living room, two showers and two toilets on the 2nd floor. The entire floor is private, so you won’t share it with anyone. There is no kitchen but a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a water pot are ready to use. Free continental breakfast will be served every morning. Es ist grundsätzlich nicht für einen Langzeitaufenthalt gedacht, aber perfekt für ein paar Tage, um Luzern und die Umgebung kennenzulernen. Im Mietpreis ist ein kleines Frühstück inbegriffen (Toast, Marmelade, Schokoladenaufstrich, Butter, Milch, Tee, Kaffee, Schokoladenpulver).

Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

My accommodation is in the countryside and yet close to Lucerne. You can walk or cycle directly to the recreational area around the Rotsee lake and in the evening you can enjoy Lucerne's nightlife. After a 5-kilometre drive you are on the motorway and can continue your journey in all directions or visit exciting sights everywhere.
