Die Wohnung ist mit seinem kleinen, gemütlichen Schlafzimmer (140x200cm Bett) für zwei Personen gedacht. Eine weitere Person, bzw. zwei Kinder können auf einem Schlafsofa (120x200cm) untergebracht werden. Hinweis: Seid ihr zu zweit und braucht ein Kingsize Bett (180x200cm), dann schaut gern auch in unserem Phantastischen Atelier ganz in der Nähe vorbei:

The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. Country loft in a circular village

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundling village of Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 sqm economic area and spacious tenning area. From there you have a protected view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones is another small stable building and a rear barn.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Our apartment is located in a cul-de-sac within walking distance of the city center of Lüchow, but still very quiet between Jeetzel and the city park. It is housed with its own entrance in the separate annex. Indoor swimming pool, city park, Jeetzel and the city center are in walking distance. Pets can be brought with you upon request. The conditions for this must be agreed in advance
