The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Shopping within walking distance (5-8 min). Doctors and pharmacy in town. Apartment is equipped with insect protection windows. On request, the apartment can also be booked for one night. Our apartment is located in a cul-de-sac within walking distance of the city center of Lüchow, but still very quiet between Jeetzel and the city park. It is housed with its own entrance in the separate annex. Indoor swimming pool, city park, Jeetzel and the city center are in walking distance. Pets can be brought with you upon request. The conditions for this must be agreed in advance

The apartment is located in the middle of the lively old town of Stendal in a residential and commercial building. Within walking distance you can reach the train station, theater, cathedral, various shops and restaurants.

The apartment is intended for two people with its small, cozy bedroom (140 cm x 200 cm bed). One more person or two children can be accommodated on a sofa bed (120 cm x 200 cm).
