We will return to this colorful, happy place! Great balcony and pool. This is totally walkable to some outstanding restaurants and bars. The beds were outstanding and one of the coolest bathrooms ever! The chocolates were a great after dinner snack. Love it!

Cute space, clean, nice amenities, exactly as described. Host was helpful and the whole process was super smooth. Would definitely recommend if you need to stay in Comfort.

We really did enjoy our stay. Everything was exactly as described and extremely well taken care of. We would definitely recommend stay with Nick and would consider rebooking for future trips.

We have stayed in dozens of home. This ranks up there in the top 5, but the host is #1. What set him above the rest? I asked for an early check in. He said he would need to get back to me as the previous guest will be checking out the morning we are arriving. He advised that he put a reminder in his phone. Friday morning arrived and I didn’t need to follow up with him, he followed up with me just as he said he would do. That kind of follow through is HUGE! I am very happy with Jay! The place was immaculate, penthouse decor. Picture perfect!

Very pleasant area. Don’t let the outside fool you. The Inside is updated with great furniture, great size bathrooms very comfortable beds. Plenty of blankets, sheets pillows. Nice size washer and dryer to wash your pool towels. Had all the basic needs of bath and kitchen. They even provided a crib for grand baby traveling with us. We had a comfortable stay.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making check-in a breeze. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The location was perfect: close to everything I wanted to explore but still peaceful and relaxing. Shopkeepers in was beautifully designed, very comfy and with so many of us getting together for a family weekend it offered a great option -perfect location and we loved hanging out on the veranda for coffee in the morning and glass of wine in the evening Would definitely stay here again !

Incredible stay! Short drive into the city and gorgeous views all around. Loved that the property was run on rain water and the great local suggestions for food & bev. It was a very comfy space with clean amenities - we hope to visit again!

Great place overall

Such an amazing, cozy mini vacation—truly felt right at home! Mornings with coffee on the balcony were the perfect start to the day. The thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, especially the fan in the bedroom, made the stay extra comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, and watching the deer wander by was a real treat!

This place was perfect with a beautiful view of the river. It was clean and the furniture layout was great. The appliances in the kitchen definitely could use some updating, but they all worked well. Next time I’m in New Braunfels I will definitely see if it is available.

The three of us had a great stay! The location was extremely convenient to the golf course. The check-in process was super easy via lockbox. The hosts provided wonderful guest service! The online listing was accurate. The home was nice, clean, and uncluttered! The home had been updated. The home has a lot of windows, and the views were great! Great location for floating the Comal River! Our family also enjoyed hanging out at the pool after floating the river. Condo was great with comfortable beds and toiletries. Thank you for hosting!

We had such a wonderful time! the condo was clean and smelled great. Bed and pillows were comfy. The balcony had a great view of the deer and courtyard. Zach was very responsive and gave great directions on parking and how to locate the condo. We will definitely return!
