All amenities (big supermarket, doctors, pharmacies...) available in Luçon, 5mn by car. With 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, 2 terraces and a fully equipped kitchen, the house is ideal for groups and families!

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Close to the center of La Rochelle, the neighborhood of Rompsay stretches along the canal. A 5-minute drive from the historic center, this accommodation offers a pleasant and green living environment. Ideal location with easy access to local services and shops. You will enjoy a decor conducive to relaxation using the paths and bike paths along the banks of the canal. The market and port are accessible in less than 10 min by car or 15 min by bike.

THE WORKSHOP

Charming studio, adjoining our house but independent, renovated with eco-friendly products. Located close to the river (150 m) and its many hiking trails. Half an hour from the sea, 25 minutes from O Gliss Park and 50 minutes from Puy du Fou, La Roche-sur-Yon 15 km away and many tourist sites will also seduce you. This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
