It consists of 3 bedrooms, each with toilet. The dining room with equipped kitchen and terrace, and living room. Ecological renovation : toilets and washing machine powered on the rain tank, heating and sanitary water with wood pellets produced localy.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more.
