Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Hier könnt ihr den Alltag hinter euch lassen und eine echte Auszeit in der Natur genießen. Ob ein entspanntes Wochenende zu zweit, Spaziergänge am Deich oder ein Saunagang unter freiem Himmel, dieser Ort lädt dazu ein, runterzufahren und die Zeit zu vergessen.

Inmitten des Biosphärenreservats Niedersächsische Elbtalaue erwartet Euch ein liebevoll gestaltetes Tiny House, das mit seiner persönlichen Note und durchdachten Details zum Verweilen einlädt. Nur zehn Gehminuten vom idyllischen Sumter See entfernt, verbindet es naturnahes Wohnen mit modernem Komfort. Der helle Wohnraum wurde mit natürlichen Materialien gestaltet und große Fenster schaffen eine harmonische Verbindung zur umgebenden Natur, sodass Ihr Euch sofort wie zu Hause fühlt.

Gemütliches kleines (Ernst-Braune-Straße) Häuschen auf unserem Grundstück in Wohngebiet mit Kindern (1,8, 10 J) auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Es wird ein Haus saniert. Das Häuschen ist für 1 bis 2 Personen (nur nach vorheriger Anfrage vielleicht 3 Personen. Nutzung der Schlafcouch auf Anfrage und mit Aufpreis vor Ort) [Unser Text ist lang, weil wir sämtliche relevante Infos nennen wollen. During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Small cozy guest house, rural location

This unique place has a charm all its own, is located in the countryside and is lovingly furnished. The living and sleeping area was renovated in the spring of 2022. The guest house on the host's property at the end of a cul-de-sac and has its own access. The residential area is surrounded by fields and meadows. Here you will find relaxation and be awakened by the chirping of birds. Enjoy nature on walks or bike rides.

Tiny house surrounded by greenery

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.

If you need a short break in quiet and secluded nature or are passing through to or from the Baltic Sea, which you can reach in a good 30 minutes by car, maybe you are traveling by motorcycle or bicycle with your dog, want fresh eggs from happy chickens and want to be part of nice conversations at the barbecue area and fireplace, you are in the right place on our 4000 m² fully fenced property.
