The house has a breathtaking view of the lake. The second bedroom, which has a bathroom, has its own separate entrance. Parking is available 200 meters below the house. The last meters to the house you walk (stairs!). The beach of San Nazzaro is a few minutes drive away. In front of the house, the hiking trail goes to the strength town of Sass da Grüm.
