House holiday rentals in Lugano District

Nous avons adoré passer notre séjour d’une semaine avec nos deux enfants et notre chien dans cette villa. Dès l’ouverture de la porte, vous arrivez dans ce magnifique et gigantesque hall d’entrée qui donne l’accès à toutes les pièces de la maison et qui vous attire vers l’extérieur où la vue est juste incroyable. L’espace intérieur est très grand, propre et bien entretenu. La décoration et le mobilier sont de style ancien mais de belle qualité ce qui fait tout le charme de cette villa. L’espace extérieur et la grande piscine sont bien entretenu et vous offre une vue époustouflante sur le lac et les montagnes. Les contacts que j’ai eu avec Alex et Claudia (hôtes) étaient très agréables et leurs réponses très rapides. Leurs indications sont claires et ils nous informent également sur les activités à découvrir aux alentours/magasins/restaurants ce qui est bien utile. Merci à eux de nous avoir permis de créer de merveilleux souvenirs !

Super séjour avec une magnifique vue sur le lac de Lugano. La terrasse est bien équipée et offre de vrais moments reposants en bord de lac. La piscine est encore plus belle qu’en photo!

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

Wir haben eine unglaublich tolle Woche in diesem Airbnb verbracht. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es hat 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett (was wir für eine erwachsene Person genutzt haben was auch völlig ausgereicht hat), sowie 2 grosse Badezimmer mit WC und sogar noch ein separates WC. Es hat viel Grün um das Haus herum und der Pool und die Aussicht sind unschlagbar, wir haben nicht genug davon bekommen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an einigen Stellen etwas merkt, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Küche ist z.B. neu gemacht und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, es hatte sogar einen Steamer. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Renata ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten alles, was wir uns nur wünschen konnten. Renata hat selbst an die kleinsten Details gedacht, sodass unser Aufenthalt einfach traumhaft war. Renata ist sehr umsichtig und freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Wohnung weiter.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

Prachtige woning op een geweldige locatie. Erg ruim en in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's. Alle voorzieningen die je kunt wensen zijn aanwezig. Locatie is in het centrum en alles op loopafstand maar toch heerlijk rustig. Kortom zeker aanbevolen voor een verblijf.

This place is very very cozy. Andrea is very nice and we felt immediately like at home! We got fresh bread on the table as a bonus and the drinks in the minibar are really very refreshing and appreciated. You have there all appliances you need for travelling even for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and it was very quiet in the whole area. The only minus is parking. For a bigger or longer car, not possible to park in the garage. We parked with Mercedes A class and it was very narrow plus we almost couldn't get out. The second parking on the street we couldn't find. Also the pool on the pics was not in the garden. But we stayed only for one night and then moved on, so we didn't miss it so much. But despite these two inconveniences the stay was very nice and I would recommend to everybody to book this place. The beautiful view from the balcony and the warm welcome you feel from the details in the space is really worth it!

My three colleagues and I really enjoyed our stay! The jacuzzi was amazing :) We would definitely come back. The location is also fantastic – right by the lake. We really appreciated how flexible you were with the check-out, that was a big help. One small suggestion: it would be great to have a wider selection of spices for cooking. Other than that, everything was perfect – thank you for a wonderful time!

Da ich mit einem Freund zusammen einen Termin in der Gegend hatte, brauchten wir eine Übernachtugsmöglichkeit. Mit dem Check-In gab es ein kleines Problem, weil wir den Schlüssel nicht gleich fanden. Dies lag allerdings daran, dass die Anweisungen bei airbnb auf italienisch vorlagen und wir das nicht auf Anhieb gesehen hatten (unser Fehler). Aber Luca, der Co-Host, hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfrage reagiert und uns schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem kleinen und ruhigen Bergdorf. Die Aussicht über das Tal ist beeindruckend. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr freundlich und helfen gerne weiter. Vom Parkplatz muss man ein Stückchen laufen, ist aber völlig im Rahmen. Im Inneren ist alles zu finden, was man braucht. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine schöne Wohnküche und drei Betten im zweiten und dritten Stock. Sehr viel Platz. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Hübsche, gemütliche und ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht für einen entspannten Aufenthalt, bei gutem wie auch bei regnerischem Wetter. Die Terrasse und die Aussicht sind ein Traum. Das Dörfchen ist sympathisch und ideal gelegen für Wander- und Velotouren. Das Fahrrad mitnehmen lohnt sich, eine Wanderung auf dem Monte Lema ebenfalls!!! Martin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Wir konnten bei dem wunderbaren Wetter Draussen im schönen und ruhigen Garten essen. Von Vorteil ist mit dem auto anzureisen,jedoch mit öv möglich.Haltestelle ganz Nahe bei der Unterkunft.Kommunikation und Empfang war sehr gut.Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt!Ganz im Grünen eingebettet...

Nataliya’s place is a true gem. For people who love serenity, or a place to work or zone out from the daily hum, this airbnb provides all one’s (unmet) needs. The appartement has everything a couple or two man band requires, yes one can opt for double or single beds. With recommendations and a beautiful welcome surprise gift, it is ready to launch you into the outdoors. En fin, we enjoyed. And I’m pretty sure that’s what you’ll too…

Music lover's dream! Huge bonus having a baby grand piano in the living room, and terrific opera posters throughout the place!

Absolutely as beautiful as the photos. It was so nice to be we greeted with a welcome gift and music playing on our arrival. Made us feel right at home after a long day of travel. The host was great at communicating and providing clear check in instructions. Amazing location, but keep in mind the nearest town with restaurants is a 25 minute walk. However, it's a perfect spot for daytime excursions around the area. But it's just as pleasant to spend the day in the gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces. It was so fun paddle boarding - so little boat traffic that it felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Highly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt mit unseren Hunden bei Simona war super. Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben. Es lohnt sich mit Rucksack und einem Auto, das nicht tiefer gelegt ist anzureisen. In der Unterkunft hat es alles, inkl. die Basics zum Kochen (Salz, Zucker, diverse Gewürze), einen Staubsauger, Putzutensilien, Duschseifen und Feueranzünder. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht lohnt sich und mit dem Klang des nahegelegenen Waldes kann man wunderbar abschalten.

Gîte conforme au descriptif. Très paisible, idéal pour se reposer au coeur de la nature tout en étant assez proche des centres d'intérêt de la région (Locarno, Lugano, val Verzasca...). Intérieur spacieux et confortable. Nous avons profité et apprécié les aménagements extérieurs (table sous la pergola, chaises longues...). Nous recommandons fortement pour ceux qui voudraient se reposer et visiter la région.

Our second visit, and we had another wonderful stay. The house is very special and we hope we can keep coming back. Our family of six (four kids) slept very comfortably - kids on the mezzanine and us in the bedroom which is accessible from the courtyard/ BBQ area. Everything worked really well. So much to do and see in the area - and we left wanting to come back again! Thank you Sofia & Gio!

Wir waren vom 11.–16. Mai 2025 mit meinen Eltern und unserem Hund in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft und rundum begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war jederzeit schnell, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das wunderschöne, freistehende Einfamilienhaus mit Keller, Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss ist deutlich grösser als auf den Bildern ersichtlich, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die geräumige, top ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Terrasse und Balkon laden zum Verweilen ein, der liebevoll angelegte Garten ist komplett eingezäunt – bis auf die L-förmige Zufahrt, sodass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Obwohl die Zufahrt im Inserat als schmal beschrieben ist, konnten wir mit unserem Camper (5.99 m lang, 2.05 m breit) mit etwas Geduld und vorsichtigem Rangieren gut zufahren. Die Raumaufteilung mit drei gemütlichen Schlafzimmern eignet sich ideal auch fürs Homeoffice. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We wanted somewhere near the lakes, between Italy and Switzerland, and we found it. Do not expect a nice place downtown, close to everything. But with a car, you can easily move around and explore the whereabouts. Italian spoken anywhere in Lugano and english and maybe other languages. Not far from supermarkets, easy to find spots with "too good to go" food (and good stuff, believe me) and in case you find everything expensive, take a short ride to Como, by the italian side (you will not regret it, very good to buy groceries). Feel the air and enjoy your stay, definitely a very pleasant spot. Fabio and Inna are great hosts, will solve any problem right away. Too short for five days, stay a week if you can. By the way, we even changed the period of our stay (few days ahead) and that was no problem at all. Just go!

Wir haben die paar Ferientage sehr genossen. Dank dem Wetter konnten wir auch viel Zeit im Garten verbringen, sei es auf dem Liegestuhl oder auf der Pergola inkl. Grillen am Abend. Das viele Grün rundherum und die Aussicht sind wunderschön, Ausflüge auf den Monta Lema oder zum See empfehlenswert. Im Inneren des Hauses haben alle gut Platz gefunden, die Küche hatte alles zu bieten was wir brauchten. Für ein Kleinkind waren zudem Babybett, Kinderstuhl und Spielsachen vorhanden. Die Kommunikation hat sehr schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert. Danke vielmals!

Logement loué à la dernière minute mais idéal pour le petit séjour. Il y a tout le nécessaire convenu pour y vivre. Plusieurs couchages possibles, de la place pour nos petites bêtes à 4 pattes et la résidence et le quartier sont très calmes ! C’est dépaysant et réconfortant !

Excellent logement très bien rénové et très fonctionnel. Les chambres sont implacables ainsi que les salles d’eau. Niveau cuisine , il y a tout le matériel nécessaire pour un séjour de vacances en famille. Parking public gratuit disponible dans le village et pas loin du logement. Les attentions d’Eleonora et de sa maman ont été exquises. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette belle expérience.
