Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Luggate

Place was perfect for us for a long holiday . The location was perfect and the house had enough space for all of us and for the dogs . Yard was great and loved the privacy and the area. Did not realize how beautiful the place was until we went for walks and explored . So close to the lake and to great swimming spots. Would love to come back.

Clint and Anita’s home was Ana amazing place to stay while we were in Queenstown! The views from the bedroom and the hot tub were something out of a movie! The home was private, and clean and tidy. Clint and Anita were extremely friendly and responsive and our stay in their home was excellent. Would definitely stay again when we return to Queenstown.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The house is absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. The highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking view. Waking up to such a gorgeous scenery every morning felt like a dream. This beautiful home made our first trip to Queenstown truly unforgettable! My family couldn’t stop talking about how special this place was! The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. Every little detail, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, was just perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s truly a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a memorable getaway, don’t hesitate to book here. We’ll definitely be back!

Sally's place was perfect for us.. The home was comfortable, clean and warm.. Kitchen was good to have with all the amenities.... The hot tub was Gold.. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from the home and lots of forest walking/ mtn biking trails close by.. Lake Hawea close by was really nice too.. Sally was helpful with any questions we had including recomending the best route for us to drive up there from Queenstown which was an unreal scenic easy drive to get to the home.. We'd definatley go back and would highly recommend to anyone else considering a stay here...

Fantastic location, clean and tidy. Lovely and warm on cooler evenings. So handy being 2 minutes walk to the Cadrona pub for dinner.

The Summit is such a beautiful spacious place that comfortably accommodated our party of 4 x couples. It has EXCEPTIONAL views from the top lounge area & we were in awe of it every single day…..it cannot be underestimated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great sizes. The whole house was well insulated and quiet with plenty of heating options too. We would love to come back again & thoroughly recommend The Summit to others visiting Queenstown. The spa was also a highlight too…very clean & warm. Melanie was a great host and very responsive to any messages I sent. This beautiful accommodation added to the great memories we have taken away from our week in Queenstown & surrounds.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Belle Vue. The place is absolutely beautiful with the views of the lake and the stunning interior furnishings. We stayed for 12 nights and the place was perfect for our family, close to Frankton shops and the airport and 10 minute drive to the central town shops. We would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in staying in Queenstown. The home was so lovely and warm with all the heaters and underfloor heating, not to mention the gorgeous fireplace. Will definitely be back again here soon! :)

The house has it all - Great view overlooking Lake Wakatipu and peninsula, hot tub, garage, comfy beds, electric blanket, fireplace, enough bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, grill. I even saw a ski dryer room in the garage too. Extra clean! I’ve stayed in many big houses on Airbnb, especially in New Zealand. They’re all clean, but this house has really wowed me in details. The host team is very professional, responsive and kind. Would totally recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown, I trust that you will have a great time like my friends and I did.

David’s place is as beautiful as it’s comfortable. We were a family of 5 and we only used the three bedrooms on mid-level floor. Having kitchen and living room and laundry all on the same floor made things super easy for us. Moreover my husband used the top floor office to do his office work away from our chaos on the lower floor which was just another cherry on top. And the view is just stunning - out of the world. It will make you get out of the bed in morning. We made use of both fire places, cooked and ate out on the patio many times. He also has a next-gen level media entertainment which we enjoyed. Thanks for letting us stay at your super amazing place David. Would love to visit again.

An absolute gem! Tranquil location, with vistas across the lake. The property is tastefully appointed, with the fireplace a real treat in particular. Bridget was a fantastic host, and we can’t wait to come back to Queenstown and stay here again.

Such a great home to stay in. We were two families and it worked perfectly! Plenty of everything that you need. Kids loved the games room and plenty of towels were provided which is needed with kids in and out the spa! Fireplaces were amazing with plenty of wood! There is nothing that they could have done differently! This will be our go to Queenstown home!!! Excellent amount of space for everyone to relax and have fun in!

Sean was a great host, went above and beyond. We were welcomed by a warm fire and a very peaceful home. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hot tub was a great addition in such a beautiful location. Sean was sure that it was ready for us at the times we requested! The amenities were all top of the range and the cabin was spotless. We were a group of five (3 adults, two young children) and really enjoyed our stay at this fairytale house. It was very clean and furnished with lots of charming accessories which make the place even more WOW. I personally loved the outdoor illumination at night, which added to the fairytale feeling. We also made use of the hot tub. The only thing to improve is the wifi speed and coverage throughout the house. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a very special stay.

Lovely place, perfect location close to the town 10 minute walk and a supermarket 5 mins down the road. Everything we needed and the hot tub was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend staying here.

A lovely space to base ourselves as we explored Clyde, Alexandra and Cromwell. Maria was a great host and made us feel welcome and comfortable, including turning on heat pump and electric blankets before our late night arrival.

Amazing location not too far out of town but far enough to be very peaceful. The carriage is super cozy and the fire works very well! Renee is a great host and is very responsive and was very understanding when we arrived a lot later than we anticipated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Nice, cozy and warm. I did not communicate with Sarah after I booked but she did and gave very clear instructions. Spa was great under the moon and stars on a windless still night. Loved the fluffy pillow and duvet covers. Room was clean and bathroom great. Tea and coffee making facilities and milk in the fridge, microwave also provided. A small table and chair available in the room but there was also outdoor furniture for those nice evenings. Overall AAA+++. No cleaning fee so I took extra care to leave it as tidy and clean as I could. Thanks Sarah and highly recommended. Will come again.

We had an amazing stay! This place was perfect for our short stay but definitely would be great for a longer stay. The kitchen was so well equipped (even had a slow cooker), lots of fun games to play, amazing hot tub and beautiful surroundings. Sally was a great host, she gave us lots of tips for the area and was very helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
