Loved our stay at Francesca’s place. The flat was a lovely place to relax, with a great view of the valley and the bell tower. Right in the centre of town and very easy to access. We were worried about it being too hot in summer being on the top floor but it was fine, and we slept very well. Francesca was very responsive, and really helped us with getting to Dozza by bus. Thank you!

Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and right by the lifeguard (Mario baths) we also enjoyed it here. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you Elisa!

Luca was a very gracious host and the apartment is perfect. It’s newly renovated and has all the conveniences a weary traveler could need including a washer for laundry. Location is perfect as well. There is convenient and inexpensive parking nearby. I highly recommend Lucas’s place for an pleasant stay!

Francesco’s place had everything we could ask for…great AC, easy off street parking, easy to checking with clear instructions, was very clean, and close to town without having to park on the narrow streets, and he always responded to my messages within minutes. Thanks Francesco.

Thank you so much for a great stay! Our first vacation with our daughter (10 months). The apartment was perfect for this - with a baby bed and high chair, just a few minutes' walk from the sea and restaurants. wonderful apartment with kitchen (sofa plus 1 single bed), bedroom with double and single bed, kitchen with coffee machine etc., bathroom with shower. very nice location outside forli, with park, shelter for bikes, very quiet, mosquito net in all rooms. so: top address!

We stayed here for 2 nights so we could visit the Unesco sites and mosaics. The apartment was within walking distance to these and many restaurants/cafes. Cecilia greeted us at the apartment, told us about the area and sent a list of recommended restaurants. The apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen and they had even left us water, juice and yogurts in the fridge which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

The photos speak for themselves. The apartment has sensational views over Rimini and the Adriatic coast. Verucchio is a very attractive place for tourists and road cyclists. The apartment is pleasantly spacious, we felt very comfortable in it and enjoyed the view. All in all a good experience, only equipment with dishes etc. could be a little better, but we got along.

I can only recommend Jacopo's accommodation! A few steps from the beach, there are great restaurants, a supermarket and a quiet environment. Jacopo gave us wonderful tips and hints and was always available. The kitchen is well equipped and is also suitable if you want to cook yourself. The only criticism would be the beds for me, the mattresses are unfortunately very hard and we did not sleep well. Otherwise, we felt at home here and would come back anytime!

We had a great time at Gabriel's place. We did not meet Gabriel personally but he was always concerned about our satisfaction. Her bikes were very helpful. The accommodation is a short walk to the beach but a little far from the train station and the historic center of Rimini (25-30 minutes walk). The only downside is the presence of several dogs (locked in the courtyards) who bark at all times. Fortunately the night is quiet.

A very warm welcome and plenty of concern for our comfort and the success of our stay. A well equipped kitchen made preparing meals a pleasure. The apartment is 5 minutes from the station and ten pleasant minutes walk to the central square. It doesn't get any better than that!

Nice stay in Lido Adriano. Opposite the apartment is a bus stop, next to Caffetteria pasticceria Olivi with a wide choice of sandwiches and delicious coffee. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, for us handy that we could wash clothes and hang them to dry on the other balcony. Gina responds quickly to messages and gave clear instructions. Recommended!

Hosts are super friendly and makes you feel right at home.

This location was very close to the place where our youngest daughter is temporarily studying. We were able to spend a lot of time together during that week of autumn holidays. Ideal location to explore Forli and its surroundings. Beautiful terrace to wake up in the morning and have breakfast in the morning sun. We were able to contact our contact person Salvatore for any questions and problems, who together with his wife were very friendly and helpful for handing over the keys and for check-out. They even offered further help to our daughter for the further time of her studies and if necessary. Communication with both Matteo and Salvatore went very smoothly and without any problem. In other words: a very nice experience and very friendly hosts to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks again Matteo, Salvatore and wife and we know where we can go when we return to Forli again!!!

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

This is where you need to be! The owners, the location, the view, you have to see and experience this! We have enjoyed the hospitality enormously and definitely recommend this location!

The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The strengths were definitely the clarity of the directions and the availability of the host, the cleanliness and the ease of check-in. The area is well-served and quiet, and a notable advantage is the availability of a garage and condominium parking. recommended!

Perfect location, great for being very close to the sea but tall as a floor to not feel the cain of the street. I'll definitely be toned.

Basically a great place to stay. We felt comfortable and would come back. Unfortunately, the heating could not be put into operation because it is probably controlled centrally by the location. We had two cold days during our week, so it was uncomfortable in the apartment. But we were helped with extra blankets. For our bikes there was a video-proof space in the underground parking.

The apartment is very spacious, organized and clean, modern and technological. The property offers a swimming pool and a hot tub, and the private parking is located in front. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a kit of oil/salt and spices. There are 3 bathrooms, complete with towels and soap. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.

Absolutely recommended - perfect vacation! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including WiFi, air conditioning and kitchen. Particularly positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible. The host was friendly, helpful and reliable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can recommend this apartment without restriction – it clearly deserves 5 stars!
