On the ground floor: a living room with access to a private furnished terrace, a fully equipped open kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: one with a beautiful canopy and a large double bed; the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with toilet.

Fully equipped for a pleasant stay in both winter and summer. The non-privatized pontoon is at your disposal, for pleasant moments and to contemplate the Dordogne. The banks of the Dordogne are dangerous and unsecured, so access is at your own risk.
