An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is as described, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to everything you needed. Host Karim was very responsive, welcoming and caring throughout the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will come back with pleasure!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

We did not realise it was so far from Salles so in the morning to get bread it is 5 km trip

Anne’s guesthouse is a lovely little gem. It’s tastefully furnished and decorated and has a lovely location at the back of the family’s garden. The shared pool is a nice bonus, it’s very refreshing to cool off on a hot day. The neighborhood is very nice - residential, quiet but right next to the parc and within walking distance to the center (15-20 minutes). Anne is a lovely host; she and her family are a pleasure to stay with. You will also get to meet family dog Tina, who loves to play in the garden. 🐶

The exchanges with Mathilde (thank you again) were excellent, her explanations, the useful information. The accommodation for 9 was great, the terrace with the pool was great. Close to the Dune and the basin with its oyster huts, the ideal place to recharge.

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. Claudine is a perfect host. She is very friendly and helpful. With her help we found a good restaurant for dinner. The accommodation is of high quality with all what you need. This is a perfect stay for a night or even longer. The environment is very quite and silent. We had a very good night.

Welcoming hosts. Once you arrive, you feel at home. Everything is very clean and tastefully furnished. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 terraces ideal for a family with all the necessary amenities. Central location to visit Bordeaux and the Arcachon basin.

Excellent week spent at the end of a dead end overlooking nature, facing the horses. Right next to the small terrace the two chickens offered their (delicious) eggs every morning. Wifi sometimes a little fair, but when you come especially to take a breath of fresh air, it's not necessarily a problem!;)

Nathalie and Hubert were very kind and friendly. The place was pristine, beautiful and relaxing. You have to hire a car to visit places in Bordeaux but Hubert provided many great suggestions of local wineries and things to do. He was always responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Bordeaux.

Accommodation furnished with attention to detail. Great for those traveling with a dog. Not far from shopping and shopping facilities (by car). Amelie is easily accessible and her instructions were very clear.

We had a great stay with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the swimming pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

We were guests of Anthony for 4 days on our way home from Galicia. The house is a place to relax and enjoy. A complete kitchen is rounded off by tasteful furnishings and a cool outdoor area with a small pool. We will return if possible. Kirstin and Swen

Lovely home and perfect for the four of us. Very close to town and very quiet. Easy access to wonderful restaurants. The check in was great and cannot thank them for also taking my niece to Station as we had to leave before her. Parking is not for feint hearted but good. If you cannot face the reverse then easy to park on road heading out towards station. Would stay again. Thanks

Nath & Fred's house is wonderful and in a great location - right behind the dune. It is super equipped and you have many possibilities to use the house; on the great covered terrace or in the garden with feet in the sand. It is very tastefully decorated with many details! Through the garden, the outdoor shower and another area under the terrace, you can get everything super clean & dry after the beach day, which is worth a lot! It's a special place! We were very comfortable! About the area: You can walk to the great wide beach in a few minutes. A great restaurant/beach bar is right on the street; as well as a great bakery and of course a surf shop (relaxed & cheap)! Mimizan is a small place, but you have everything you need! We were at Nath & Fred last year despite a very long journey (15 hours) - it is definitely worth it! Thanks for everything!

The accommodation offered by Betty is in all respects consistent with the description. The environment calls for rest, nature is queen, the birdsong orchestrates everything! Close to the lakes and the ocean, this accommodation is ideally located, the many bike paths allow you to make the connection between each site. To be unreservedly recommended.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Alexandra has always responded quickly and is very accommodating. In the height of summer, it could get warm in the upper bedrooms, as the air conditioning only covers the main room on the ground floor. Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay with a great beach location.

We stayed here for our first family holiday with our 5 month old and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for it. As others have mentioned, the property and grounds are even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The property had everything we could need. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with high quality finishes and furnishings. It really felt like a home from home. The hosts were kind enough to provide baby equipment too so everything was very easy for the 3 of us. Portets is lovely, with a bakery, pharmacy & supermarket, which was ideal for us as we cooked all our meals at the house. We didn’t have a car but managed with just these facilities nearby, as we were very happy just spending time by the pool & in the house. We also walked to one of the vineyards for a tour which was great. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the loungers, including the cabana which offered some shade. We would recommend this property without hesitation and can’t wait to return!

We had a great week in the house without any worries!! A very pleasant place, tastefully furnished, and where you feel good. 😊 Our four-legged friend 🐾 was delighted to have a beautiful garden to run in! The little naps under the oak tree of the house, The proximity of the beach is just great to cool off the day and to see a beautiful sunset! Great!
