Holiday rentals with beach access in Lugrin

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour. Le logement était très propre, bien rangé, avec une superbe vue sur le lac Léman, à proximité du centre ville d Evian à pied. Sophia et Philippe était très réactif, nous les remercions pour leur réactivité, et leur sympathie.

The photos of this property doesn’t do justice to its original beauty. It is much more beautiful and the view that you get from balcony is soul refreshing. Free car parking. Although we didn’t used our car at-all as train to Rochers-de-Naye was in 1km walk, bus to Chillon Castle within walkable distance. Or you can walk along the lake side with for an hour to Chillon Castle. On the way you can see some famous people statue too such as Freddie Mercury. Nice place. Super highly recommended!

Cricri and Mina are great host. The communication had been very smooth. The place is clean and convenient. It overlooks the lake from balcony and is also close to a lot of restaurants. We were allowed to check in early which we really appreciated. The carpark is actually quite easy to access and has a lot of spaces. Nyon is a nice small town itself and the people here are definitely more friendly to the tourists than other areas of Switzerland. We may come back again. Thanks again to Criric and Mina for allowing us to stay at your place!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans l’appartement de Morgane. Il est merveilleusement bien placé pour profiter à pieds d’Yvoire. La vue sur le port est exceptionnel et la terrasse côté château est parfaite pour manger au calme. Conseil stationnement : arrivez avant 9h30 ou après 18h30 pour avoir une place sur le parking des remparts à 3€/jour.

Séjour parfait. L'appartement est parfaitement situé, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac et à proximité de beaucoup de restaurants (on vous conseille vivement le restaurant péruvien Terrenal). L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, les lits sont très confortables. Le parking est à deux pas. Hautement recommandé.

Petit appart magnifique, très bien amménagé avec une superbe vue dégagée sur le lac et la jolie terrasse pour en profiter!!! Le grand point fort! Pour le calme, s'abstenir... beaucoup de circulation, même tôt le dimanche matin.

Séjour en famille totalement réussi dans la jolie et confortable maison de Sylviane. Emplacement remarquable, conseils avisés, extrême propreté, tout est fait pour réussir ses vacances. De plus, Sylviane est une hôtesse très attentionnée avec laquelle nous avons eu des échanges amicaux et efficace. Un grand merci !

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful annexe to a big house but still private. Very modern space with amazing kitchen and living area. Top quality appliance and fittings. Eric stayed up late to meet us as our flight was very late. It is in the countryside but is just 5 minutes from a bus stop that gets to town in around 20 minutes. I loved our brief stay and would go again to this immaculate air bnb.

La maison et les environs sont très calmes et agréables tout en étant a proximité du lac, de tous les lieux d’attraction et des commerces et services . L’intérieur est typique d’une maison de campagne joliment rénovée avec du mobilier et des objets et décorations anciennes et personnelles. Il y a plein de petit détails attentionnés qui montre le soin et le goût des propriétaires envers les locataires. Le tout est confortable et crée une ambiance comme à la maison à condition de ne pas être des inconditionnels des ambiances modernes et déshumanisées. Le petit jardin, la présence de l’eau, rajoute à l’ambiance apaisante . Le seul point qu’on a eu du mal à trouver c’est l’éclairage du salon. Beaucoup de propositions et d’interrupteurs … mais je suppose que c’est propre à la suisse. En tout cas très bon séjour et une hôte prévenante, tout en étant très discrète.

Logement parfait, propre et fidèle à la description, tout s’est très bien passé, endroit calme et paisible à proximité du lac, des restaurants. On a passé une excellent séjour, on recommande les yeux fermés 😉 Merci 🙏

Carole’s Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, unmittelbar am See und gleich beim Strand von Lutry. Das Seebad ist sehr hübsch und hat eine gute Infrastruktur. Am See entlang kann man in kurzer Zeit in das hübsche Städtchen spazieren und Kaffees und Restaurants erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in kurzer Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist „klein aber fein“ und bietet eine grosse ,gut ausgestattete Terrasse mit wunderbarem Seeblick. Carole ist eine zauberhafte Gastgeberin, die uns hilfreiche Infos gab und uns Sachen zur Verfügung stellte, die wir nicht dabei hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

The house is a great space - loads of room, kept immaculately clean and right in the middle of Yvoire. Fanny was there to show us the house and gave some great recommendations. Free parking at the house was very helpful. Everything is in very close walking distance and the lake was perfect for swimming in. Would definitely come back to stay here again!

Appartement situé à 15 min à pied du centre d’Evian même si le retour est un peu plus long et sportif. Le logement est tel que décrit avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter de sa belle terrasse. Le logement est très calme et nous a permis de bien nous reposer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Valérie , qui est une hôte très gentille et très serviable. l'appartement est confortable et très bien situé. Valérie s'est toujours rendue disponible pour répondre à nos besoins.

I had wonderful time at Anne's place. Anne is a really kind, responsive and warm-hearted host. She was always ready to help and did best to accommodate my needs and requests. The house was super clean and has almost everything for living a guest could imagine. I strongly recommend Anne' apartment.

Sylvie a été délicieuse : accueillante, hyper disponible ! Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour. Cet appartement est idéal et l’équipement est digne d’un logement privé tel que le nôtre. Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Top Lage direkt am See. Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, haben eine Tolle Zeit am See verbracht. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, gibt’s viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Alles im Ganzen sehr zu empfehlen.

Great location, and parking was a bonus in Evian-les-Bains. Only thing I would have liked would have been a brighter centre light in the bedroom.

Great location with easy walking to restaurants, waterfront, museums, and less than 10 min walk to the train station. We used Nyon as our launching point for day trips to both the north and the south and it was perfect. We also took the ferry (2 minute walk from the unit) to Vyoire. There is a public parking garage 3 min walk from the unit as well. A little expensive but very convenient. We cooked in the kitchen several days. The kitchen is well supplied with pots/pans/etc but plan to bring/buy most cooking staples (like olive oil, seasoning, etc) If there was 1 negative, I would say, since there is a bar nearby, 1 night during a football match the bar patrons were very loud and we could even hear them in the unit. Not terrible but noticeable. Also, the toilet paper issue reviewed by a previous tenant and been completely addressed as the closet probably had 20 rolls stored in it! Would stay here again.
