Studio neuf dans quartier très calme, tout meublé et équipé sur la commune de Lugrin. A 10 min à pieds du lac Léman et 15 minutes des stations de ski Thollon les Memises et Bernex. 5 minutes en voiture d'Evian les Bains et 10 min de la frontière Suisse. Cuisine équipée avec appareil raclette, fondue,etc…. Draps, linges de toilette inclus. Wifi à disposition avec télé. Résidence/Parking Privé + jardin extérieur et table. Proche de toutes commodités, Intermàrché à 5 min. Randonnée à 2min à pied.

The comfortable apartment with private parking place is situated on the top floor of a chalet in a quiet part of the village with a bakery, supermarket and some restaurants/bars. Ideal situated to make a hike into the mountains, to ski or either to go to lake Geneva to visit Evian or the swiss cities Laussanne, Montreux and Geneva. A quiet and private house right on the lake to relax and disconnect. Great view, a tastefully decorated house, and everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable was available. Bari was responsive and flexible, communicated clearly and timely, and was available in case we needed something. We had a great time, and highly recommend Bari's house. A wonderful place.

Un grand merci à Cyril et Morgane . Le logement est très bien situé, avec une énergie magnifique et une vue à couper le souffle. Il ne manque rien, tout est pensé pour qu’on se sente bien, comme chez soi. Cyril et Morgane sont très bienveillants, et ça se ressent dans chaque détail. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir très bientôt Merci encore

Vaste appart avec vue sur Lac

Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber. Sie hat einen großen Balkon mit Seeblick und ist 8 Minuten von einem Supermarkt und einer Tankstelle entfernt. Bademöglichkeiten am See sind ca 13 min entfernt. Besteck war sauber, Spühlmaschine, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Pool hat von 10-19 Uhr geöffnet und ist ideal für eine kurze Abkühlung. Von der Wohnung aus gibt es viele schöne Motorradstrecken, sowie einige Pässe sowie Touren die man fahren kann. Viele potenzielle Knieschleifer Kurven und eine Menge Fahrspass. Gerne wieder!
