The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

Unser Ferienhaus am See ist relativ neu und wird nun die ersten Male vermietet. Die Lage am Großen Zechliner See, einem der saubersten Seen der Region, verspricht erholsame Tage, das ganze Jahr über. Dafür sorgt auch eine Sauna und bei schönem Wetter der Garten, mit großer Terrasse und Weber-Gasgrill, sowie ein SUP-Board. Aus vielen Zimmern hat man direkten Seeblick und der Strand ist nur 2min Fußweg entfernt :) Partys, Junggesellenabschiede oder Ähnliches sind hier nicht gestattet.

The holiday home "Gute Stube" is part of the original farmhouse of the smallholding "Hufe 9". Just recently - and lovingly - renovated, this little gem now accommodates up to 4 guests in the middle of the outstanding natural beauty of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. Peace, sauna, forest walks, lakes and relaxation! We rent our natural property near Rheinsberg - almost 100 km from Berlin. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

Knehden is located in the middle of a nature reserve, only about five kilometers from Templin. In addition to cranes, sea and ospreys can also be observed here.
