For an occupancy of up to 2 people, we make the bed upstairs with linens and there is a sofa downstairs. For an occupancy of 3 or more people, the sofa bed will be unfolded by us and covered with linen. 2 towels per person are always provided. There is a TV and free Wi-Fi.

You'll be renting a formally commercial space turned into a cozy studio. It's located in the heart of Moabit. The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, and bars. The U-Bahn (Subway) is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a bus going to the central station. The apartment is located on the street level of a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy.
