Holiday houses in Luiz Alves

Excellent option for spending a weekend or holiday with the family. We were 13 people in the house, all very well accommodated, nothing too luxurious, as the photos show, but the space is large and cozy, especially the party area! Alexandre, the caretaker, welcomed us very well, very attentive and kind, offered help with the market, shopping and tips about the region. We wanted a place like this, that would take us out of the city and give us the tranquility of the place and that's exactly what we found. The children loved taking care of the chickens and fish and also enjoyed the campfire space. We will give some suggestions and tips to the owner of some points, but nothing too big, the holiday was wonderful and everyone left extremely satisfied, including one of the couples who was with us already considering booking the house for another event.

Samuel welcomed us very well, everything was perfect, the house was full of stories, a game table that was used a lot, a pond for fishing and in the morning we still took care of the animals, everything was very clean, a great place, excellent for those looking for peace and quiet away from the city, we will definitely be back.

Great location, exactly like the ad, everything very clean, organized and well done. We were very well received on our arrival, with decorations and everything organized for Valentine's Day. I had instructions on how to use all parts of the cottage. Easy to find location, we had great communication with Luis, he responds quickly and helped us promptly when we needed it, I recommend the place and as soon as we can we will return!

It was wonderful to spend the carnival in Katlyn's house, a very beautiful place and full of nature around to disconnect from the outside world, not to mention Katlyn's education and reception, we were very well received!!

Angela and Victor are great hosts. The 2 are super friendly, they welcomed us very well and we had a very nice horseback ride. The ranch and its surroundings are very beautiful. Lots of nature, preserved hilltops, streams and waterfalls. I found the price excellent compared to other options near Luiz Alves. We received the house extremely clean, bedding packed, towels separated. The house has several kitchen utensils for those who want to stay in the place and cook, it has a barbecue, good boards and knives, several dishes, pots, and appliances. They left oil, olive oil, spices, and a coffee filter available. This is good because there is no market nearby, so it helps a lot. The bed is very good, the shower is warm. Those who just want to sleep will be very comfortable.

The place is much better than the photos. They were days of great tranquility and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the pool, the yard and the surrounding property. Our pets played a lot on the front lawn. The hosts were very helpful, Barbara is easy to communicate with and very helpful. We can't wait to come back with the family. Thank you for making these days our home.

A great place to renew the energy, the lodging is extremely cozy, we found everything for the kitchen , and the hosts are sensational, proactive, gentle , wonderful… we will certainly return!
