Come and try staying at a real farm! Directly adjacent to the house there are cattle. The ultimate accommodation for those who want to live in the countryside and with animals just around the corner! The house was renovated internally in spring 2023. In the house there are two bedrooms and one large kitchen, sleeping for 6 people one bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and one pull-out daybed. Nearby is beautifully located swimming lake with playground as well as a cozy farm shop.

Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
