Go for a hike on our local trails, explore the many breweries in Bellingham, visit the beach in Birch Bay, bike the county roads, or enjoy a scenic drive on the Mt. Baker Highway. Then come back to a unique, cozy TINY HOUSE. Roast marshmallows around the campfire, snuggle up and watch a movie on Netflix, and relax with a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning. Need a get-away? Whole house to yourself. Cozy, quiet, comfortable bungalow. Fenced in backyard if you are travelling with your 4-legged friend. Two-minute walk to the ferry dock for a visit to Lummi Island. This guest house is not directly on or facing the beach. However, when you walk about 50 feet, through the gate, on the side of and past the main house, you will be next to the beach and can watch the sunset over Lummi Bay on Gooseberry Point in relaxed Whatcom County.

Unique and tranquil getaway. The Walnut hut is a cozy rustic cabin on our 9 acre permaculture biodynamic farm. Peaceful country setting. We are about 6 miles from Bellingham, Lynden and Ferndale, and 17 miles from the Canadian border. Seasonal Farmstand. Farm tours available by appointment. Shared bathroom with shower in a nearby building, and an outdoor kitchen usually available April thru October.
