Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Welcome to our cozy cabin right by the water, featuring a sauna, fireplace, and a private jetty. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views, and fishing right outside your door. In winter, you can ice fish from the dock, and if the weather permits, ski trails are groomed up to the lake. The surrounding area features berry fields and mushroom forests, along with beautiful walking paths. In the summer, you can take a ride on the rowboat or enjoy the evening sun on the patio. The cabin is located just 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

About 5-10 minutes by car to Bjursås Berg och Sjö. 1.5 km walk to the ski center. Sleeps 4. Double bed, one single bed, plus two beds in sofa bed. (Can provide more beds with travel beds if needed). Wood-fired sauna available. Can be purchased for cleaning and rental of bed linen/towels. Smoke and pet-free.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Lake house with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

Boende närmare vattnet är svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. 2 supboard finns att hyra, samt elmotor till båten. Se även min guidebok som finns i min profil. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband via Telia m.fl. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.

Cabin close to nature.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Nära till naturen men ändå inte lång från samhället. Stugan ligger i utkanten av en by där skogen tar vid, en å flyter intill stugan. 4 km till närmaste affär och 10 km in till staden Sandviken. Fina bär och svampställen i närheten. Det finns en liten skogssjö 30 minuters gångväg från stugan.
