Welcome to our cozy cabin right by the water, featuring a sauna, fireplace, and a private jetty. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views, and fishing right outside your door. In winter, you can ice fish from the dock, and if the weather permits, ski trails are groomed up to the lake. The surrounding area features berry fields and mushroom forests, along with beautiful walking paths. In the summer, you can take a ride on the rowboat or enjoy the evening sun on the patio. The cabin is located just 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. 40 m2 litet hus med mysigt sovloft. Byggt 2019 I huset finns också en härlig massagestol som givetvis kan nyttjas obegränsat. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kyl (ej frys) Finns behov av tvättmaskin eller frys så kan det ordnas i huvudhuset. Sängen är bäddad och handdukar/badlakan och morgonrockar finns för er. Nespressomaskin och kapslar och te ingår i priset Tv och wifi finns Elbil kan laddas hos oss till självkostnadspris. Swish and grab för Kyld dryck och en snackslåda.

Promenadavstånd till Carl Larsson-gården och Stora Hyttnäs 650 m, Sundborns kyrka 900 m. Närhet till fin natur med elljusspår och vandringsleder. Endast 200 m till uppfriskande bad i Sundbornsån. Sommartid finns möjlighet att hyra SUP-bräda. Byns bastu vid ån går att hyra. Lugnet, Högskolan Dalarna, Falu centrum ca 13 km, Världsarvet Falun - Falu Gruva 14 km.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Forget everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful villa with hot tub with lake view on one side and beautiful forest on the other.
