Sans vis à vis vous aurez peut-être la chance d'observer la faune locale pour le plaisir de vos yeux.

Nous vous proposons une maison toute équipée, avec vue, piscine hors sol, Jacuzzi (à réserver, sans supplément) et nombreux loisirs (jeux de société, badminton, ping pong, cage de foot, 2 vélos adultes …) . Située à 850m du centre de la ville, a 1.4km (15 minutes à pied) de la gare. Petite maisonnette rénovée en 2021. En été, Vous apprécierez la petite terrasse avec sa plancha ainsi que la climatisation. Le logement est composé d'une pièce de vie avec une cuisine équipée (machine à café Nespresso, bouilloire, plaques vitro, four, micro-onde, frigo+congélateur, vaisselle...), TV et WIFI, ainsi qu'une grande chambre avec son lit queen-size. un WC indépendant et une TRÈS PETITE salle d'eau.

Notre maison se situe au lieu-dit Le Couquet, commune de Capdenac-Le-Haut (46), aux portes du Lot et de l'Aveyron, joli village médiéval fortifié qui surplombe la rivière Lot et faisant parti des plus beaux villages de France. Le logement proposé se situe à l'étage de notre maison. Entièrement rénové, il est indépendant et accessible par un escalier extérieur. Il dispose d'une terrasse qui surplombe la piscine et offre un beau panorama sur la Vallée du Lot. Prévu pour 2 adultes

Independent studio, on the ground floor of a detached house, with equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction stove), large bathroom (Italian shower), new bedding (April 2024). Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 10-minute walk to the center of Figeac. Free shuttle 100 m away. Free enclosed parking on site. Well-behaved pets are welcome. I've always lived in the area and I'll be happy to tell you about the tours not to be missed!
