Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.

This house is perfect for couples with or without children, solo travelers or workers. The property has 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed as well as a sofa bed with 16 cm mattress 140 x 190 cm, i.e. 2 beds. A pellet stove is present in the accommodation as well as pellets. Coffee, tea, chocolate and sugar ☕ Pets are also allowed. The grounds are fenced (600 m2), terrace. Woods nearby for walks, hikes etc.

The studio is on the first floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station.
