Le Azalee

Da oggi siamo greens abbiamo attivato i pannelli fotovoltaci. Appartamento con ampie camere al margine del parco del Ticino, in zona tranquillissima. Posto auto all'ingresso della struttura riservato agli ospiti. La casa e circondata da un giardino recintato a disposizione degli ospiti. Il tracciato della pista ciclabile, che attraversa Pavia fiancheggiando il Ticino, passa davanti alla casa. Per la sicurezza, per gli ospiti più piccoli al piano superiore un apposito cancello chiude la scala.

Una casa d'epoca dei primi del '900 ma con tutti i confort . Comodi grandi spazi interni su due piani con cucina, salotto, due bagni e due camere da letto. Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato di 70 mq totali, dotato di ampia zona giorno, cucina, camera da letto, un divano letto e un bagno. É situato al piano terra, all'interno di un cortile privato fruibile da auto, quindi con parcheggio gratuito di fianco all'alloggio. Il complesso è generalmente tranquillo ed in posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente i luoghi di interesse, anche lasciando l'auto parcheggiata, godendo comunque di quiete. il centro storico dista a pochi minuti a piedi.
