A place like this is not often encountered on Airbnb. A log cabin over 130 years old in the heritage landscape of Suvio takes its residents on a time trip to a 19th-century hut village. The property is best suited for a lover of Lapland's nature, history, and silence, who is not afraid of the dark in winter and no mosquitoes in the summer. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Villa Luppopirtti is a traditional Finnish log cabin in the middle of peaceful woods and close to the Kitinen river. It’s a perfect hideaway for a couple or a family with two to three kids. The wood-heated sauna at the cabin is an experience in its own class compared to an electric sauna. After enjoying the sauna you can enjoy sitting by the fire in the barbecue hut or by the fireplace in the living room. EV-charging station and a complete waste-recycling center on the spot.

Mökille on 115 km Rovaniemen lentoasemalta ja Pyhälle 22 km. Ruokakauppa ja laskettelukeskus ovat 3 km päässä, hiihtoladulle noin 1 km.

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Genuine log cabin near Luosto Amethyst Mine

Small and peaceful cabin in the nature. Luosto village center is about 3 km far away and Luosto Amethyst mine, which you can visit, is about 2 km away. Authentic Finnish log cabin, which ensures a warm and comfortable stay. Please note that this cabin is semi-detached, meaning that you may share the area with some other visitors. The cabins however can only be accessed from the outside and you don't have to share facilities.

Tule nauttimaan Lapin kauniista luonnosta Luoston Karpaloon. Loma-asunto sijaitsee n. 1,5km päässä kaupoista ja ravintoloista. Luoston uimarannalle vain 200m mistä löytyy myös paras paikka katsella revontulia. Nauti olostasi tunnelmallisen takkatulen loisteessa ja hyppää omasta saunasta vaikka kierähtämään lumihangessa. Between two fells, under the shelter of old wise ancient logs, you are guaranteed to sleep well. A kilometer away from the center, in your own peace in the middle of the forest. The paths leading to the national park can be accessed from the yard. Easy to arrive by bus or your own car. Warm in winter, cool in summer. Beach nearby.
