A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

A studio in the fields

The studio is adjacent to our home. The independent entrance opens onto a separate plot of land from ours. Once you are settled in, you can admire the starry nights and listen to the song of the owls. You can hike, swim in ponds, discover a national nature reserve, visit typical and charming villages without forgetting Aubusson , its international tapestry city, its designer workshops, attend concerts and stroll through flea markets...

18th century village house

18th century house in the old village of Bellegarde-en-Marche, close to shops (Vival, bakery and butcher). The house offers a warm experience. It is ideally suited to accommodate a family with young children, offering all the equipment and space necessary for everyone's comfort. We have fiber optic internet so you can telecommute with peace of mind. We have a large south-facing terrace and the garden is accessible across the street.

The Nest of La Terrade

Nested in the heart of the oldest district of Aubusson, le Nid de La Terrade is a 28m2 studio located on the first floor of our house. You will be able to use our garden and its equipment. Quiet, luminous, close to the International City of Tapestry, the shops, with a great view on the remarkable patrimony of the town (Clock Tower, church, ruins of the castle) and the river Creuse, this studio may welcome up to 4 travelers.

Quiet house, completely renovated, ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside. 50 kilometres from Clermont-Ferrand, in Combrailles, in the commune of Condat en Combrailles, 20 minutes from the motorway exit, in a small village close to all amenities. Close to nature, the Puys range, Vulcania, (40 km), the Massif du Sancy, the Fades-Besserve water body. Many sights in the surroundings (hiking trails, ponds, rivers...).

Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Le Monticule: heaven at your feet

The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and a fantastic view over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed views of the sunset and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead-end road. Wonderful place to recover for a week from everyday hustle and bustle, a weekend of cocooning or a comfortable stay while looking for your own home in France.
