The host-very responsive. The place- perfect for unwinding and for some family time. Private place, the wind the waves just what you need for a perfect vacation. The caretakers- very hospitable. Kind and you can depend on everything you need. You want it, they’ll provide it. Over all, such a nice place to relax and nice people to deal with. Thank you and more power.

2nd stay at this house for work travel purposes. Will book again on the next audit season!

We stayed here with friends for two nights and it was the perfect getaway. The home is perfect in every way - beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, great space to hang out and relax, an amazing kitchen and some of the best views on the island! There is even a pool and a spot to have a bonfire. We wanted to stay several more days we enjoyed it so much! The host was also incredible, making us feel right at home. She made everything so smooth, was very accommodating with the check-in and check-out times, recommended local spots for us to visit, checked in on us during our stay and even surprised us with local fruits & ingredients to make s’mores! She was so thoughtful and considerate. There are even two caretakers who stay on the property to help with anything you might need. We can’t wait to come back again soon and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for the perfect home to vacation at!

The place was great. My family loved the stay and it felt like home. It was 15-minute away from the beach but still, the place was great for family and we were able to relaxed.

We had a great 4-day, 3-night stay! The location is convenient, especially if you’re planning to visit Dahican Beach. There’s a store, gas station, and a nearby market right outside the subdivision, which is super handy. The unit itself is clean and well-equipped with everything you need, just bring your own towels. The aircon cools the room quickly but might need, and the fridge works great. Plus, the host is very responsive, making our stay even more hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

we have enjoyed our stay and my friends are all satisfied as well. it has a nice location and the space outside is nice to hangout as well. we would love to book again if we will to visit Mati. The host is very kind and send us a welcome snack when we settled to the accomodation. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay! The house is located in a newly developed subdivision, quiet with barely any neighbors, which we appreciated. There are some ongoing constructions nearby, but nothing too disruptive. The house itself is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped, especially the kitchen. You can tell the furniture and appliances were handpicked with care and are great quality. The beach is a bit of a drive, so having your own car helps, but there are nearby sari-sari stores and eateries just outside the subdivision. The vibe is very beachy and relaxed, perfect for winding down. One thing to keep in mind is the place isn’t gated and there aren't any additional security features aside from standard door locks, something to consider for peace of mind. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a few accidents during our stay, but Dave was understanding and easy to talk to. Would recommend if you're looking for a quiet, well-kept spot to unwind!

The place was nice and quiet with lots of room to stay. For people who loves it surf or want to surf in Davao , this place is very close to Dahican beach. Beautiful ocean there .

This place is definitely a good spot! Near everything and also safe. Cozy and wifi is good! My fave thing: the outdoor shower so you dont need to bring the sand in once you are back from exploring the white sands of Dahican. +1000 points for Tayib, such a lovely host! Very responsive, will cater your request and very informative. For sure coming back.

Ang ganda, ang linis, ang bango ng place. Sobrang worth it ang bayad!!! Sobrang aesthetic ng place cozy rin. Malapit lang din mga kainan and beaches to swim. Babalik ako dito. Kaya kung 50/50 ka pa. Ito na sign mo. IBOOOK MO NA TO!!!

Such a cozy and spacious place! The host was very kind and accommodating. It looked just like the photos, had complete wares, and felt so homey. My friends loved it too—they even want to copy the interior design! Exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again!
