great condo in a great neighborhood. there's a brewery next door and many good restaurants. we loved having the king sized bed. the condo is in excellent condition and everything works. the balcony is great and the place is well stocked up with cooking supplies and coffee machine. the hosts responded immediately and we're very kind. Excellent apartment. We stayed for a month and absolutely loved it! Best rental experience I've had so far. The place is very spacious, everything is spotless and of high standard. It has a well-equipped kitchen, and overall it feels like a real home and not just an empty rental like most airbnb's. Super comfortable beds, great AC, nice view from the balcony and good amenities in the building. 10/10, fantastic stay & highly recommended.

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Everything was perfect. I certainly like to stay again if I visit Asuncion. Strongly recommend !

With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

The best accommodation I've ever found on Airbnb. As a Brazilian, the first time I was outside the country, I thought I would have difficulty with the location and communication. Txema was an amazing host. Despite not speaking Portuguese fluently, he was very efficient in communication, as well as very kind and thorough in all information. Always attentive and helpful, he helped us a lot with all kinds of directions Her apartment is impeccable, very well decorated and pleasant! There's nothing to talk about! It's perfect! Great beds, super hot showers, everything new and very neat! A 10! Anyway, impeccable accommodation! I recommend it to everyone who is interested in visiting Asunción and its surroundings because the location is very strategic, and it is not far from anything.

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.

Great place to stay that resembles a hotel. The apartment itself has everything you need for a long stay. There are many different entertainment on the territory: swimming pool, gym, courts, barbecue areas. There is a small shop right on the property. There is a large wholesale food store in front of the complex. The city center is 45mil gr and 40 minutes by taxi.

Excellent space. The apartment was as shown in the photos. Very clean and tidy. The building is modern and the reception people were always friendly. Finally, the area where the accommodation is located is very nice and quiet, 10 minutes from two shopping centers. Everything was great!
