The apartment is as described, neat and clean. Very comfortable space. The location is what complicates a little since to go to the surroundings you have to turn a lot through cut streets that do not go out to avenues, but that is outside what the apt and the building offers that is very good.

My stay was excellent. Rubén was a very attentive, kind host and always made sure that everything was in order. From the first moment, he made us feel welcome and made sure that we lacked nothing throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place and come back without hesitation!

We really enjoyed this week at Peter's place. As a newcomer to the American continent, Peter helped us with all questions: airport transfer, car rental, money exchange, bus ticket, visit market, etc. The house is spacious , the bed has a good mattress, the air conditioning cools down quickly and the kitchen is well equipped. Great was the new grill on the large terrace, which we used a lot. Finally, the large pool in the middle of the bird-rich garden is even enchantingly lit in the evening. The apartment is amazing. Each space is designed to generate value for guests. It has much more than you can expect in a stay like this. From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's amenities make it a stay that exceeds expectations, and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby. The neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always willing to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop the day to day with ease.

I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great cafes. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
