The apartment comprises the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There's no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and the southwest bedroom, which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I live on the ground floor myself, there are no other residents.

An efficient electric fan has been installed in the ceiling. You will find extra chairs in the hall if you want to sit by the fountain!

Newly restored, it has a kitchen open to the living room (2-seater sofa bed), dining room and an upper floor with shower room/toilet and bedroom (160 cm 2-seater bed +1 cot). We live on site in another wing of the farm. No TV or wifi.
