In a quiet environment facing the vineyards and the village of Mirabel, come and enjoy a nice 75 m2 detached house that can accommodate 6 people. The house is fully equipped and has all the comforts. 2 bedrooms with double beds; A sofa bed (Simmons mattress 140 x 190) completes the bedding. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A terrace in the shade of a plum tree and a 150 m2 garden will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the inflatable spa (from May to September)

Small cozy cottage on the ground floor of our main house, with separate entrance, small private garden and pond where our Asian fish swim peacefully. This 22 m2 studio consists of a bay window giving access to the kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, as well as a bedroom/living room area. Ideally located to discover all the tourist attractions of Ardèche. As residents on site, we like to welcome our guests ourselves.

But you'll have to climb a ladder to go to bed on a mezzanine (1 or 2 seats), unless you prefer to sleep on the comfortable sofa (1 seat) in the alcove. Access to the pool (shared schedule) and the possibility of walking to the hiking trails and the river from the house...
