This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Luxury accommodation at beach front Located 4 km from Kotor Old Town Vila Maestral Kotor offers a garden, a private beach area and air-conditioned accommodations with a balcony and free WiFi. This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.

The apartment is positioned in Dobrota, at a distance of about 100 meters from the sea line, forty minutes walk from the old town of Kotor along the coast, or just a few minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity there are city beaches, and along the coast there are taverns, restaurants, cafes and shops. The area in which the apartment is located is quiet and pleasant.

Studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has it's own kitchen, bathroom and balcony. From balcony you have view on Boka bay and Verige. In studio you have cable TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can also use terraces that are in 3 levels in front of the house. On terraces you can use dinning and coffee tables and outdoor shower.
