Convenient location with excellent access to public transport and a block from restaurants and cafes. Private entrance with keypad entry, large living room with flat screen TV with Roku, partial kitchen (there is no stove, oven or dishwasher), separate bedroom and bath. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.
