You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail, the perfect place to walk or jog. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Lil' Gem is a 2br/1 ba cottage in Manistee Forest for year-round activities or quiet weekends away. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located cottage or partake in the many outdoor activities in the area. The cottage has everything you need to step away from the hustle. Circular drive for ease. Outdoor eating area, deck, and a fire pit. We allow pets with a pet deposit-must clean up after pets. There is NO smoking inside. Outdoor keyless entry and Ring cameras at both doors.

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.
