The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! The barn is approximately 215 years old and situated in an English cottage garden on the doorstep of Woburn Abbey with lots of gorgeous walks in the beautiful countryside. The Abbey entrance gate is 0.3 miles away, you can walk through the deer park & extensive grounds. A public footpath takes you to the Elephant house & beyond. We are on the route of the famous Greensand Ridge & boast a lovely local pub the "Rose & Crown", serving good British food.
